Our Happiness Promise

If something isn’t right, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.


Exchanges

If the size isn’t quite right, contact us within 14 days. Insoles must be unused and in original condition. We’ll help organise the correct size.


Returns

If PureStep Kids isn’t the right fit for your family, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, clean, and in original packaging. Refunds are issued once returns are received and checked.


Please Note

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on worn, trimmed, or used insoles, or on requests made outside the 14-day window.
