No. PureStep Kids™ does not claim to block chemicals, treat medical conditions, or prevent harm.
They simply provide a natural comfort layer between your child’s foot and synthetic footwear, based on parent preference.

Are they only for clogs?
No. PureStep Kids insoles fit most flat, EVA-style shoes, including clogs, slides, and similar synthetic footwear.

Can they be used in water?
Yes — however, PureStep Kids is made with natural materials that absorb moisture.
After water use, remove the insole and lay flat to air dry before wearing again.

Are they medical orthotics?
No. PureStep Kids insoles are not medical devices, not therapeutic goods, and do not alter foot structure or development.

How do I choose the right size?
Select your child’s usual Australian shoe size.
PureStep Kids insoles are designed slightly smaller than the shoe itself to sit comfortably inside without bunching.

Will they change how the shoe fits?
No. PureStep Kids is slim and flexible, designed to sit neatly inside the shoe without making it feel tight or bulky.

What shoes do they work best in?
PureStep Kids works best in clogs, slides, and sandals — especially shoes made from synthetic or EVA materials.

Are they washable?
We recommend spot cleaning only.
Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Air dry flat to maintain the integrity of the natural materials.
